Our Team
Welcome To Dancin'Clusion
We are an organization seeking to give children with special needs in the Southern New Hampshire area a chance to dance!
Our Mission
Dancin’Clusion has a mission to provide dance education to children of all ages with special needs at no cost to their families. Our goal is to offer an opportunity for inclusion with trained dancers in a fun environment. We want to bring the joy of the performing arts to as many children with special needs as possible!
Why We Started
Co-founders, Hannah Montminy and Jillian LeBlanc, were inspired by the Darby's Dancers and Adaptive Dancers that competed at Diamond Dance Awards, a dance competition they work for as backstage managers. They had the privelege of getting to talk with a few of the dancers backstage, and since that moment they knew they wanted to create an organization of their own. They look forward to seeing where this organzation takes them and the lives it impacts along the way!

Hannah Montminy
Co-Founder
Hannah Montminy is a graduating high school senior and will be attending Coastal Carolina University in the fall, where she will be majoring in elementary education. Her love for dance started when she was just 2 years old, and she is so excited to share her love with all of you. She has been dancing for 15 years, 12 of which she has spent as a competitive dancer. As a competitive dancer she has won numerous regional and national solo titles, along with duo, trio and group awards! She has also won national dance scholarships. Hannah has held the titles of Young Miss Massachusetts 2020 and National Young Miss Talent Queen 2021 through the East Coast USA pageant program. Holding these titles allowed her passion for community service to flourish. Her experience working with children ranges from being an assistant dance teacher to gymnastics coach to a student intern in first, second and fourth grade classrooms. Hannah believes there is no such thing as obstacles, only learning experiences, and she is ready for all of the learning experiences Dancin'Clusion will bring her way. She is beyond excited to start this journey and help children with special needs find their love and passion for dance!

Jillian LeBlanc
Co-Founder
Jillian LeBlanc is now completing her sophomore year at Pelham High School. She has spent most of her life as a dancer, starting when she was just 2 years old and competing at the age of 5. During her time as a dancer she has won several accolades and was even recognized on the national level as a dance scholar. Jillian recently won the top score of a dance competition two years in a row for her tap solos along with other first place winnings for her group dances! When she is not dancing, you can catch her on the field playing lacrosse! She also loves to ski in the winter and water ski in the summer! Jillian holds many leadership positions, including being her class president. Her role as president has taught her leadership skills that she is ready to use as the co-founder of Dancin' Clusion. She has plenty of experience working with children. Her experience includes being an assistant dance teacher for years, babysitting younger children, and more recently taking on the role of a camp counselor at a local summer camp! Jillian cannot wait to share her love for dance this summer!
